Because our work is delivered in time‑boxed sprints, fees already paid for completed sprints are non‑refundable. Future sprints can be paused or cancelled with 7 days’ notice.
Billing cycles
- Invoices are issued at the start of each sprint.
- Late payments may pause delivery.
